1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Fontaine Bros Inc we for home improvement services, the customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided and form a legally binding agreement.

2. Scope of Services

Fontaine Bros Inc specializes in home improvement services, including but not limited to:
• Interior and exterior renovations
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Roofing, siding, and flooring
• Painting and drywall installation
• General carpentry and repairs

Services will be provided as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or proposal.

3. Payment Terms
• A 70% upfront payment is required before work begins.
• The remaining 30% is due upon completion of the project.
• Payments must be made in full before the final inspection and handover.
• Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee per month.

4. Estimates and Additional Costs
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work may result in additional charges.
• If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances, a revised estimate will be provided for client approval.

5. Project Timelines
• Estimated completion times are provided as a guideline and may be affected by factors such as weather, material availability, or unexpected structural issues.
• Fontaine Bros Inc will communicate any delays as they arise.

6. Warranty and Guarantees
• We guarantee workmanship for 6 months from the date of project completion.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials used.
• This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
• If a project is canceled before work begins, the customer will receive a refund minus any material costs incurred.
• If work has commenced, Fontaine Bros Inc reserves the right to retain payment for labor and materials already used.
• If Fontaine Bros Inc cancels the contract, any unearned payment will be refunded in full.

8. Customer Responsibilities
• The customer must provide a safe and accessible work environment.
• All personal belongings should be removed from work areas to prevent damage.
• Fontaine Bros Inc is not liable for pre-existing structural issues that are not visible during the initial inspection.

9. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of project completion.
• Fontaine Bros Inc will work in good faith to resolve any concerns.
• If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

10. Permits and Compliance
• Fontaine Bros Inc will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Customers must comply with local laws and regulations regarding the project.

11. Amendments to Terms

Fontaine Bros Inc reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
